Flat water and with stronger winds choppy. Area about 2x5km and has some shallow areas. It is recommended to wear shoes since shells and broken glass can be in the water. The beach is a grassy dam. Little area with sand and pebbles. Very small launch area. Kiters should launch standing in the water. Many windsurfers around who can help launch if no kiter is around. North winds are the best, quiet constant. South winds work as well but are gusty since they come over a forest. Southwest is the most common wind. Works ok in East winds. Usually light winds, 3-4 Bft, so big gear is the norm. Summer warm, winter cold. Since the lake is quiet shallow, the water heats up pretty fast in spring and cools down fast in fall. You can surf all year-round with a wetsuit, summer a few weeks without wetsuit possible. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
